Clinical pilates is the use of pilates by a medical professional. At our clinic we offer one on one training with a registered physiotherapist who is a clinically certified pilates instructor. We provide a system of exercises using mats and specialized equipment designed to improve core stability, spinal mobility, posture and body awareness.
Acupuncture & Dry Needling
Acupuncture and/or dry needling are used as part of our physiotherapy treatment to address specific conditions that are seen at our clinic. It is of no extra cost as it is included within the price of our physiotherapy treatment. Both treatments involve the insertion of fine sterile needles through the skin and tissues at specific points in the body.
Pediatric Physiotherapists have advanced understanding of how the body grows from birth, through childhood, and how injuries and recovery differ from a mature/adult body. They create fun and functional treatment plans to help children of all ages recover from development disorders through sports injuries.
