What is Clinical Pilates?

Clinical pilates is the use of pilates by a medical professional. At our clinic we offer one on one training with a registered physiotherapist who is a clinically certified pilates instructor.

We provide a system of exercises using mats and specialized equipment designed to improve core stability, spinal mobility, posture and body awareness. We account and modify for current injuries or physical conditions and all ages.
