Bracing Products

We have a variety of braces and products available at or clinic. Some of the most commonly used are listed below.

Rebound knee brace made by Ossur: used for mild to moderate MCL and LCL instabilities, sprains and strains, early osteoarthritis.

ASO Ankle Stabilizer: ankle brace for the protection against and treatment of ankle sprains.

Band It elbow brace: used to compress the flexors and extensors muscles in conditions such as medial or lateral epicondylitis (commonly known as golfer’s and tennis elbow).

K tape The K-Taping® therapy is based on the application technique that raises the skin and the tissues, creating more space in the damaged tissues. This allows increased lymph flow, improved blood circulation and decreased pain.

Be Calm Balls: designed to interrupt the body’s stress cycle so you may experience the benefits of absolute calm.

Yoga Tune-Up Balls: designed to alleviate tension in your neck, shoulders, back, hips, IT band, and feet. The texture of the balls provide a deep myofascial massage.

Biofreeze: The formula consists of the active ingredient menthol. It’s cooling formulation is also comforting to sore muscles and muscle sprains.

Thera band: latex bands that provide color coded resistance levels to aid in strengthening.

foam rollers: aid in self-massage to release muscle tightness or trigger points. Commonly used for areas around hips (IT band) or low back. Also can be used to increase mobility of specific levels of the spine.

Back braces to assist in the stabilization of the low back during activity to prevent overuse injuries or strains that may result with increased loads.

Back rolls to use while sitting in the car or office or at home. These help to promote the proper lordotic curve that is necessary to prevent strain on the discs, ligaments and joints of the low back.

Wrist braces to aid in the treatment of DeQuervain’s syndrome, carpal tunnel, tendinitis, arthritic changes in the wrist and thumb.
