Edith enjoys using a combination of techniques such as education, manual therapy, soft tissue release, acupuncture, and exercise prescription to help her clients reach their unique goals. She strongly believes helping her clients better understand their conditions and the rehab process is essential to a successful outcome. Edith’s passion for physiotherapy started with her involvement in running, volleyball, and swimming at a young age - leading to several of her own injuries.
