After graduating from Queens University School of Rehabilitation Therapy in 1997 with her Bachelors of Science in Physiotherapy, Jodi went to upstate New York for 2 years to work in a cardiac rehabilitation hospital and sports medicine clinic. In 1999, she returned to Ontario and began working as a physiotherapist for the Department of National Defence. She worked as a civilian physiotherapist for DND until 2011, after which time she established herself as an independent practitioner in Pembroke Ontario. She opened a community clinic with a concentration of orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation.
Jodi’s special interests in physiotherapy include functional dry needling, manual therapy, myofascial cupping, sports rehabilitation and exercise therapy.
Jodi is a military spouse and a mother of two teenage boys. In her spare time, she enjoys travel, hiking, running, taking photos, volunteering in the community and spending time outdoors with her dog Jett. New to the PhysioWorks team, Jodi looks forward to implementing her skill set in the Manotick clinic.
